Villa of 200 m2 developing in two floors. Once you arrive you can use the stair that leads you to the first floor, where you can find the 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Then you can use the inner stair that leads you to the fully equipped kitchen and living room. At the second floor there are 2 balconies, one that overlooks the private pool area and the garden of the villa and the other one that offers great seaview.
